QCD with chiral imbalance: models vs. lattice

Abstract: QCD with chiral (axial) chemical potential will be reconstructed with the help of effective low energy Lagrangians and different models of NJL type. Their thermodynamic properties will be compared with lattice predictions. Possible signatures of chiral imbalance will be guessed.
