Breve descrizione
The two rooms host two working areas including detectors, electronics and a data acquisition workstation. Two small (3-4 people) groups of student can work in parallel.
The goal is to build a setup for the detection of cosmic ray muons and the measurement of the muon lifetime and of the negative muon capture rate in iron.
