High-z observations of clusters of galaxies are a powerful resource to constrain cosmology and to study the effects of both stellar and AGN feedback. Analyzing state-of-the-art simulations, we will present our latest results on the evolution of the scaling relations and on the clumpiness factor.

Lastly, we will focus on the importance of comparing sub-samples extracted under the same physical principles and will warn on the risks of associating X-ray regular clusters with dynamical relaxed systems.
